Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony at Quest Residences @ Grove Park
On Monday, April 7, 2025, Quest Community Development Corporation proudly hosted the Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Quest Residences @ Grove Park, the first of three major developments in our transformative $110 million Westside Housing Trifecta initiative.

This joyous occasion marked more than the opening of a building — it was a celebration of progress toward equitable, affordable housing for Atlanta’s older adults. Located at 339 Holly Street, this new 40-unit community for residents aged 55 and older is a vital step in our mission to foster vibrant, inclusive neighborhoods.

We were honored to be joined by Mayor Andre Dickens, key community leaders, housing advocates, and partners who share our vision for a stronger, more inclusive Westside. Their presence underscored the importance of collaborative investment in permanent supportive housing and holistic community development.
As we continue to advance the next two developments within the Westside Housing Trifecta, we remain grateful for the support and dedication of our partners, stakeholders, and neighbors. Together, we are creating lasting change — and homes where dignity, stability, and community thrive.
