Quest Residences @ Grove Park will provide 40 new apartments for older residents (55+) with a preference given to veterans. The Residences at Grove Park falls within the boundaries of the Simpson Corridor Redevelopment Plan and directly addresses the plan’s goal of improving housing quality and options and its objective of identifying senior housing opportunities.
Quest Residences @ Grove Park allows us to continue with our mission to own, develop, operate, and manage affordable and supportive housing communities. According to Census data provided by Novogradic, the number of 55+ residents in our primary market area has increased 3% over the past six years, thus illustrating a need for more housing. We believe that our unit breakdown reflects the housing needs of an older population.
Quest Residences @ Grove Park is situated within Census Tract 84.00, a HUD designated QCT, and this new housing community will support our goal of providing residents with amenity and resource enriched affordable housing.
